Moulton History When: The formation of the Moulton Lodge, A.F. & A.M. #298 begin on July 20, 1866. On June 08, 1867, the Grand Lodge of Texas granted a charter which was dated June 15, 1867. By-laws were accepted on April 02, 1871.
