CITY OF MOULTON, TEXAS
UTILITY WORKER FULL TIME POSITION

The City of Moulton is now accepting applications for the position of Utility Worker.  The position is a full time position and will be responsible for a variety of routine manual tasks for the purpose of maintaining streets, facilities, parks, water, wastewater, electric and other departments as needed.   

The successful candidate will be at least eighteen (18) years of age, possess a valid driver’s license and will pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen test.  Successful candidate will also be on call rotation.  Rate of pay for this position is depending upon qualifications.  Benefits include paid health insurance, retirement contribution, vacation and sick leave and life insurance.  Opportunities for advancement with successful completion of State tests for Water and Wastewater Operator will be made available.  Successful applicant will be required to obtain a Grade C level of certification for water and wastewater operations within two years of hire.
