REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

ENGINEERING SERVICES

CITY OF MOULTON

 

The City of Moulton, Texas (City) is soliciting a statement of qualifications (SOQ) for professional engineering services associated with water infrastructure improvements proposed to be funded by the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) Water Supply  and Infrastructure Grant.  Accordingly, the City of Moulton is seeking to contract with a qualified Engineering Firm, registered to do business in the State of Texas, to assist in application preparation and documentation and prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications and to conduct all necessary interim and final inspections. 

 

Neither the State of Texas nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees are or will be a party to this RFQ, or any resulting contract.  This RFQ is issued in accordance with Section 2254 of the Texas Government Code (Professional Services Act) and Title 40 CFR Part 31 (Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements to State and Local Governments).

 

The RFQ is available from the City of Moulton upon request or by picking up a copy at the address below during regular business hours. 

 

Please submit three (3) copies of your proposal  and a statement of qualifications no later than 4:00 PM (Local Time), March 13, 2026 in a sealed envelope to the following address and clearly labeled accordingly:

The City of Moulton, Texas (City) is soliciting a request for proposals (RFP) from interested qualified professionals to provide consultant/management services for a water infrastructure improvement project proposed to be funded by the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) Water Supply and Infrastructure Grant.  The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals for any reason it finds to be in the best interest of the City.
